Brief Answer:
Probably related to Hypoglycemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thank you for posting your question here. I read carefully your concerns.
Diabetes is a chronic condition that does have severe compliactions if it is not treated well. One of the most common complications of diabetes is Hypoglycemia : low blood sugar levels.
Glucose is a very important substance for the body functionality, especially for the normal function of the brain. If there is a hypoglycemic situation, that means that the brain is lacking glucose to work properly, and that can cause the ightheadedness sensation that you are experiencing.
So you need to check more regularly you sugar blood levels. And if there is any abnormal value, you should talk to your Endocrinologist, to adjust the dosage of your medications, or if it is necessary he would change the medications.

To rule out any other origin of your symptomes beside diabetes related, you should talk to a Otolaryngologist, to check if there is any problem with your inner ear, which can also can cause dizziness.

Feel free to ask any other question.

Best Regards!
